Yesterday I made ghobi ki sabzi ..my first attempt of cooking. I always wanted to cook something ,at home also I always use to watch the cooking shows. I know maggie etc. but that doesn't comes under cooking. Cooking means roti and sabzi. But I never thought to give it an attempt, actually never got a chance coz either our maid cooks the food or if she takes leave then we order food from some restaurant. But I was fed up of eating the common restaurant menu.. so finally I decided to cook, I searched the refrigerator and found ghobi(cauliflower), the next step and most important step was to get the steps of cooking ghobi.I thought to call my mom and ask the steps, but then I thought that will not help, may be I can get instruction to leave this idea of cooking and order something good to eat.
So I drooped this idea and thought of taking help from my friend who never disappointed me,this time also he helped me and I downloaded some videos from you tube about cooking ghobi ki sabzi.(My friend - My Laptop :) :) ). I carefully observed the videos and then finally cooked my ghboi , please check the pic for results of my cooking. It was not difficult actually, it took me around 20-25 min to cook the sabzi including cutting the ghobi, onion etc.The taste was not bad, I will not say good because it was my first attempt but masala's and all were in good proportion. After the sabzi I prepared roti's also.Roti is very simple to prepare if the dough is ready,I did not faced any difficulty in preparing roti's but I will not post the pics of roti, coz of the shapes of roti... :D :D.
All cooking tips are welcome.
P.S - I realized that cooking is really not that difficult.
P.P.S - For the recipe of the ghobi ke sabzi and the cooking procedure you can drop me a mail.
P.P.P.S - Will post my next attempt very soon.
P.P.P.P.S -All cooking tips are welcome.
